Kia ora my name is Mikaera and I'm a year 8 student at Otaki College.I like sports  rugby basketball touch and flag.I have a dog named Blue and she’s a blue nose neapolitan mastiff.I'm looking forward to sharing my learning with you guys and don't forget to leave a comment.


     

Swimming Sports Recount

I was walking into the gym to the pool seeing everyone getting ready to swim.
Bang! It got my attention all I saw was the swimmers flying threw the water like a fish.
I was not that interested in swimming so I kinda did my own thing. I sat on the far corner
away from the house gazebos It was me and some of my friends we were just playing
around not really watching what was happening.

It was one of the smuggest days in a long time.I walked to the tap because I was feeling
dehydrated. I took big gulps of water. I felt so good after.I tried to get into the
gym all the doors were locked. I begged the teachers to go into the gym I wanted to play
basketball.     

Night Quest

When we left the sun was down,we were ready for what was in front of us.It has been a couple hours, it’s been dead silent. But then a current started to form,the boat was wobbling, swish swish, then something huge formed out of the water. They said the legend was true he was the protector of the well of eternal life. Many people had tried to get past him but no body has the crew thought it was a joke but now nobody is laughing.They got their spears out they started throwing it at him it had no effect. The boat tipped over from one strike. There was piece of land up ahead.Quickly, they swam towards the peice of land up ahead they hid from the beast.However it could smell them. They heard it get closer and closer they tried to sneak around it.
